Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is an uncommon form of lymphoma, mostly
due to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). At early stage, a PCNSL may mimic inflammatory lesions
of multiple sclerosis (MS) or the other demyelinating diseases. Both PCNSL and MS may improve
by high-dose steroid therapy, leading to the further confusion in differential diagnosis. We report
a case of PCNSL by DLBCL, at first recognized to be MS, but later confirmed by brain biopsy.
