Two Cases of Toxic Hepatitis after Intravenous High-dose Methylprednisolone

Short-term high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone is widely used in various inflammatory and
autoimmune conditions. Steroid has several side effects such as hyperglycemia, gastritis, weight
gain, insomnia, and osteoporosis. However, toxic hepatitis is a rare complication of steroid
treatment. We introduce two cases of acute hepatitis after treatment with methylprednisolone.
